The existing sectional gutters were leaking at every seam, causing water to pour down the foundation walls. The improper downspout placement was directing water toward the foundation rather than away from it. The steep roof pitch and limited side yard access made this installation particularly challenging.

We installed custom 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters, upsized from the standard 5-inch to handle the increased water flow from the steep roof. The seamless construction eliminates leak-prone seams entirely. We strategically positioned 8 oversized downspouts to direct water away from the foundation and into the alley drainage system. LeafGuard gutter protection was installed to prevent debris buildup—critical for this tree-lined street. The entire system was custom-fabricated on-site to ensure a perfect fit for this unique property.
